In 2004, Divorce Pro Non-Lawyer Document Services was born. Not to provide legal expertise or to legally represent clients in anyway (a service only provided by licensed attorneys.) Instead to provide helpful guidance in the proper execution of all information required by the divorce court as well as the many mysterious but necessary court processes which must take place in order to have divorce cases heard by the court.

I believed that the self-represented people would benefit from the availability of low-cost assistance in preparing all divorce documents required and helping to shepherd their cases through the mystifying and complex court system.

I researched the current conditions of the legal industry where people who either could not afford or simply did not want, the services offered by traditional attorneys when trying to get uncontested court proceedings successfully moved through the court systems.
